Hello

I am a registered Physiotherapist and Pilates instructor, born and raised in Port Perry ON. I am excited to be back in my home town! When I'm not working with clients I enjoy time at the cottage with family and friends, discovering new trails to hike, out on the golf course, or on a beach or court playing volleyball.

About Nicole

I graduated from the University of Toronto earning my Master’s of Physiotherapy degree, and previously McMaster University earning my Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology.

My passion for physiotherapy really blossomed after volunteering with individuals with spinal cord injuries at PACE at McMaster University. It was incredible to see such significant improvements in individual's mobility and quality of life with the creativity and consistency of an individualized treatment plan.

More recently, I have started to incorporate mat pilates into my physiotherapy practice after receiving my mat pilates certification through Body Harmonics. This comes after years of practicing pilates and seeing the benefits and positive changes it has had on my own body. I noticed significant changes in treating the body as a whole rather than isolated body part, which allowed me to feel more aligned and balanced. So many of the principles of pilates align with my practice of physiotherapy, such as building a strong and resilient foundation.

I have a particular interest in healthy active aging, helping patients stay active and mobile with osteoarthritis, seniors health, and stroke rehab.

I look forward to working with you to develop an individualized treatment plan that will optimize your body’s innate capacity to heal, and help you achieve your health goals!
