Is it too late to treat my scar?
- It's never too late to start. Even years, or decades later, scar tissue can adapt. -
When Can I massage my C-section scar?
- As soon as the scar has closed and there is no sign of infection you are able to start touching and massaging your scar. -
Can physio help my C-section shelf or overhang?
- Although the focus is to improve mobility and function and I do try to avoid the aesthetic element, improving deep scar tissue can improve the aesthetic of the scar and improve the common shelf or overhang.
