Masks are now optional during treatment. Your physiotherapist may opt to wear a mask, however it is optional for the client. Payment collection can be contactless. Your treatment payment can be processed via credit card or e-transfer. You will be prompted to upload your credit card details when booking your first appointment if you wish. ​ Hand washing and/or sanitization are encouraged prior a session. Your therapist will also be doing so between each client.

I provide virtual care services as well as mobile in-home physio services. Feel more comfortable and at ease in the comfort of your own home. I serve Port Perry, ON and surrounding areas for in-home physio. As for virtual session I am currently licensed in the province of Ontario and can work with any Ontario residents.

Currently I am registered with the college of physiotherapists of Ontario. This means that I am able to treat any Ontario resident. If you are an Ontario resident then yes we can work together virtually. Whether you are home, away for work or out of the country for holidays as long as you are an Ontario resident we are able to work together.

If you live in the surrounding areas, within North Druham Region you may still be able to receive in-home physio. There may be an added cost depending on the distance. This will be discussed and agreed upon prior to the initial visit. Please contact us for further information.

At this time, we do not offer direct bill. You will pay up front for your service either through our online Jane app payment, e-transfer or cash. You will then receive an invoice with the physiotherapist's license number which you can submit for reimbursement through you extended health benefit provider.

Yes, all of the services are billed under physiotherapy. This includes home visits, virtual care, as well as, clinical pilates.

Typically the first initial assessments last up to 60min. This will include background history and functional assessment and most will include a treatment portion as well. Based on the initial assessment we will determine which length of follow-up will suit your personal need, ranging from 30min -60min.

We will discuss your unique situation including current health and wellness goals, as well as past medical history and any other related information. We will then proceed with a functional assessment of your movement. Based on the findings we will then create a personalized plan on how to attain your goals and provide information and education on various treatment options to determine the best plan for you.

Every treatment session is unique to the individual based on their health and wellness needs and goals. For in-person sessions many will consist of manual therapy where the physiotherapist will provide hands-on soft tissue work. In-person and virtual sessions will consist of various movement activities to be able to reach your health and wellness goals. Lastly every session will consist of a few movement patterns or exercises for your home program to help instil self-care strategies.

Following the initial 60min initial assessment, follow-up sessions consist of varying times. For the best benefit for whole body improvement we recommend a 60min follow-up session so we are able to get through movements of the entire body. If you would prefer to focus on a more specific area of the body and you are familiar with pilates than 30min or 45min follow-up sessions may suit you best.
