If you've ever walked into a busy clinic waiting room, you probably know the feeling, bright lights, late/rushed appointments, and the sense that you're just another name on the schedule.
That's exactly why I created my home physiotherapy studio in Port Perry.
My goal was simple: Offer a warm, welcoming space where people feel comfortable, supported and truly cared for while working toward recover and strength.
A Space Designed to Feel Calm and Comfortable

Healing happens best when your nervous system feels safe and relaxed. Typically when you are in pain or working through an injury your nervous system can already be in overdrive, environment matters (ever notice when your home is a mess and chaotic, it's hard to concentrate). A clinical environment can have you feeling on edge. Instead, my home studio was intentionally designed to feel cozy, quiet and personal. Clients often tell me it feels more like stepping into a peaceful wellness space than attending a medical appointment and that was the goal!
Here, you'll find:
Natural, soft light and a calm atmosphere
One-on-one sessions without distractions
A private setting (no crowded waiting room)
Time to ask questions and feel heard
This environment allows us to focus fully on your goals. Whether that's returning to exercise or sport, recovering after surgery, or navigating postpartum recovery.
Why a Home Studio Can Be Better Than a Traditional Clinic

Traditional physiotherapy clinics serve an important role, but they aren't always ideal for everyone.
Many clients come to me looking for more personalized care, longer and unrushed appointments, privacy during treatment and a quieter environment for recovery. Working from a dedicated home studio allows sessions to be intentionally slower paced, individualized and longer. I offer many different treatment time options including 1 hour sessions. You're never competing with multiple therapists or feeling rushed out the door.
Rooted in the Port Perry Community
One of the things I love most about working in Port Perry is the strong sense of community. Many of my clients are local parents, professionals, and active community members who want to stay strong and healthy so they can fully participate in daily life, From walking to the waterfront to keeping up with a growing family.
My home studio reflects that community spirit. A local, small-business approach to care, focusing on that clinical relationship built over time. Familiar faces and meaningful connections and care that continues beyond a single appointment. Supporting local health care means supporting the wellbeing of our entire community.
Personalized Physiotherapy for Real Life

Every person who walks through my door has a unique story, body and goal. I provide individualized physiotherapy for many different populations.
I have a special interest in:
Postpartum orthopaedic care
Surgical scar management (including c-section recovery)
Return to running/golfing/sport
Strength-based rehabilitation
Pre-operative and post-operative recovery
Movement education
Rather than quick fixes, we work together to build long-term strength, confidence and resilience. You can explore all my available services for physiotherapy in Port Perry.
A Space Where You Can Feel Comfortable Starting
Starting physiotherapy can feel intimidating, especially if you're in pain, newly postpartum, or returning to movement after time away. My home studio was created to remove that barrier.
Clients often say they feel more relaxed walking into a welcoming home environment instead of a medical clinic. That comfort makes a real difference in progress and confidence.
